Panorama Mountain Resort is located in the Purcell Mountains of Southeastern BC. It is near the community of Invermere where you will discover an area filled with many amenities in both winter and summer.

The origins of the ski area date back to 1959, but it was not until 1962 that the current location was established. The ski resort has grown from the early days into a four-season resort, complete with a pedestrian village that hosts a family-friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Its location in the beautiful Columbia Valley allows visitors to unwind and rediscover the beauty of nature.

Panorama Mountain Resort is part of the famous Powder Highway of British Columbia which is a collection of 8 Ski Resorts, 9 Nordic Centres, 9 Heli-Skiing operations and 10 Snowcat skiing and snowboarding operations.

On the Slopes

  • At the Summit before your descent down the mountain, take a moment to enjoy the view that is known as the 1000 Peaks, it will take your breath away.
  • Due to its proximity to great terrain and abundant snowfall, heli-skiing and snowmobiling, are available on a daily basis from the village at Panorama. Visit their site to find out how to plan your adventure.
