The ski area has been attracting skiers and now snowboarders from various areas of the Laurentians for over 50 years with their ongoing focus on creating an affordable family experience.

The ski area is situated only 2.5mi/4km from the quaint community of Val-Morin, Quebec and was founded by two brothers, Henry and Saul Fenster who wanted to bring winter recreation to their local area. Their vision was realized in 1963 when the Belle Neige Ski Area opened on south facing slopes with three T-Bars and eight trails.

Today, Belle Neige Ski Area has grown to include a snowmaking system to complement any snow conditions and a rather unique or one-of-a-kind community of mobile homes near the base of the slopes.

On the Slopes

• Belle Neige Ski Area has an even balance of terrain to satisfy any ability level. Add that to the south-facing slopes where you have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful winter sun all day long all of which make for a great day on the slopes!

• The SnowPark at Belle Neige is where you can experience the terrain park, complete with rails, boxes, and jumps, plus a ski cross and boarder cross trail complete with moguls, high-speed areas and curves to challenge your ability.
• Unique to Belle Neige Ski Area is the Plushies Trail, which features stuffed toys to comfort and entertain children while they enjoy learning how ski or snowboard.
• The Belle Neige Snow School Academy will teach you how to ski or snowboard starting from the age of 3. With their team of dedicated instructors and various seasonal programs, private and beginner’s lessons, all the way to the racing and moguls team lessons.

Off the Slopes

• The Skiers Lodge is the place to go for snacks, enjoy a full meal and to find a place to relax. Don’t forget to après-ski in the Bistro de La Montagne where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy a view of the slopes with a drink or coffee in hand.
• Nearby, you will find the Town of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, which is situated in the tourist region of the Laurentides. Here, you will find shopping, dining and a good selection of places to stay.
