Mont Tremblant Ski Resort in Quebec and Escape2ski connect you to skiing, snowboarding, snow reports, trail maps, lift tickets, lodging and webcams. Mont Tremblant Ski Resort is family-friendly and located north of Montreal in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec. The ski resort is not to be confused with the City of Mont Tremblant that is located 13km/8mi from the mountain. The Ski Resort was the idea of Joseph Ryan, a Philadelphia explorer who was visiting the region. After standing at the summit, he had the idea that this would make a great location for a ski area and on Feb 12, 1939, Mont Tremblant Ski Resort opened for business. Feb 12, 2014 marked the 75thanniversary for the resort.

On the Slopes

  • Mont Tremblant Ski Resort is made up of four distinct areas, each possessing its own charm and character. South Side has the closeness to the village, North Side with varied terrain, Versant Soleil, and The Edge for glades.

  • If you are ready for a challenge, try the Versant Nord (North Side) with access to great fall line skiing or snowboarding down Jasey-Jay Anderson or Duncan Haut. These runs will easily connect you to the intermediate slope of Duncan Bas.
  • The Versant Sud (South Side), a favourite of Escape2ski, is serviced by four lifts and has exposure to every level of terrain, as well as, fabulous views as you approach the village.
  • Terrain parks cover over 30 acres at Mont Tremblant and continually receive high rankings from Ski Magazine for their well known, Adrenaline Park. A pass, with a small fee is required for access but worth the potential of endless fun.
